 COMPANY OVERVIEW


Since 1953,CONSORZIO FORESTALE ALTA VALLE SUSA manages the
Silvo-Pastoral properties of the Municipalities of the Upper Valley. Forest
management of Municipal properties takes place through the drafting and
implementation of settlement plans of the individual properties. The guidelines
of the forest planning favor research of the utmost naturalness for composition
structure of forest stands, pursuing maximum stability of forest stands.

Certified area: 17,784 hectares.

Forest species / types prevalent in certified woods: larch woods
pine forests of Scots pine, fir trees.

Type of timber marketed: opera larch timber and for joinery, Scots pine
for joinery and packaging Fir white for joinery and packaging.
