In Turkey ,the first modern fishmeal plant were constructed in 1960 in Trabzon. Trabzon

is important city in Turkey's fish oil and fish fats production.Turkey exports of 6 digit hs

code fats and oils of fish and their fraction is  USD 11.459 million  in 2013. Turkey exported 

fish oil and fish fats products to Peru and Azerbaijan. Peru is the first market in Turkey's fish

oil exports.
