Our company, E-Berk Makine ve Metalurji, which has been serving the Turkish Metal Industry since 1993, has been operating as a spare part supplier of Tunnel Boring Machines (TBM) since 2002.
Our company designs and manufactures Cutter Heads in desired diameters and sizes for different types of TBMs (Hardrock TBM, Slurry TBM, Gripper TBM, EPB shield TBM, Double shield TBM, Single shield TBM, Mix shield TBM) in line with different geological conditions. It continues to be a solution partner for projects around the world with its works such as the desired revision of the 's and Cutter Head configuration consultancy.
Our company, which continues its development in tunnel technologies, continues to take on new duties and responsibilities in the country and abroad. E-Berk Tunnel Technologies works as a solution partner in 30 projects in total, in 21 ongoing projects in Turkey and abroad.
Our production activities continue in our three factories with a total area of ​​46.000 m² and a closed production area of ​​13.000 m². In addition, our group company, which carries out heat treatment, has a closed area of ​​2000 m². E-Berk's policy includes high quality, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction and after-sales support. Our company continues to work as a solution partner in 21 different countries on 3 continents.
First Factory: Our factory with a total area of ​​5750 m², 1800 m² of which is closed, located in Yenikent, is used as a warehouse area and for the construction of welding and renewal processes of TBMs. Second Factory: We continue to be a part of many important projects for our country with our professional staff of 256 people, 26 of whom are engineers, in our factory with a total area of ​​8100 m², 5200 m² of which is closed, located in the Anadolu Organized Industrial Zone.
Third Factory: In order to quickly complete our TBM revisions and new productions, which are increasing day by day, the construction of a new factory has started on an area of ​​32.000 m2 in the Anatolian Organized Industrial Zone. The construction of the new factory, which was designed to be built as an indoor area of ​​18,000 m², was completed on an area of ​​4,400 m² for the first time.
